Abstract
Devita Yulia Angraini. 2023. The Influence of Work Motivation, Discipline, and Incentives on the Performance of Grab Bike Drivers in Mamuju City, supervised by Azlan Azhari and Asri.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of motivation, discipline, and incentives on the performance of Grab Bike drivers in Mamuju City. (2) The simultaneous
influence of motivation, discipline, and incentives on the performance of Grab Bike drivers in Mamuju City. (3) The dominant variable affecting the performance of Grab Bike
drivers in Mamuju City.
This research approach uses a survey research. The research was conducted on Grab Bike in Mamuju City. The research time was from December 2023 to January 2024. The research population was all Grab Bike driver members in Mamuju City. The sampling technique used in this research was Purposive Sampling, with a sample of 100 respondents.
The research results show that (1) Partially, work motivation, discipline, and incentives variables have a significant positive effect on the performance of Grab Bike
drivers in Mamuju City. (2) Simultaneously, work motivation, discipline, and incentives variables have a significant positive effect on the performance of Grab Bike drivers in
Mamuju City. (3) The discipline variable has the most dominant influence on the performance of Grab Bike drivers in Mamuju City.
