This research aims to determine (1) The partial and simultaneous influence of work commitment variables, work infrastructure, and workload on the performance of
employees of the General Section of the Pare-Pare City Regional Secretariat. (2) The dominant variable influences the performance of employees in the general section of the
Regional Secretariat of Pare-Pare City. The data collection technique uses questionnaires and documentation as a means
of obtaining accurate data, then the data is processed using the SPSVersion 20 program. The data analysis method uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool. The measurement scale uses a Likert Scale.
The results show that (1) Partially work commitment and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Simultaneously work commitment, infrastructure, and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The workload variable is the variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance in the General and Protocol Section of the Pare-Pare City Regional Secretariat.
