Abstract
Deden Hari Sumantry. 2023. The Influence of Leadership, Organizational Culture and Competence on Employee Performance at the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and
Services for the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province, supervised by Hernawan and Harlindah Harniati Arfan.
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture and competence on the performance of employees of the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and
Services of the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province. This research approach uses survey research and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The
research population was all employees at the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services of the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province, totaling 71 people.
The results showed that only the competence variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance variables of the employees of the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services of the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi
Province. The results of the simultaneous test show that the variables of leadership, organizational culture and competence together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services of the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province.
