This research aims to analyze the influence of innovation capability and employee involvement on employee performance through organizational support at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of West Sulawesi Province. The research approach used is quantitative with survey research methods. The employee population is 85 people and the sampling technique uses a saturated sample of 85 people. The
analysis method uses path analysis with the help of the Smart PLS program in testing.
The research results show that 1) innovation capability does not have a direct influence on organizational support; 2) innovation capability does not have a direct influence on employee performance; 3) employee involvement directly has a positive and significant effect on organizational support; 4) employee involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 5) organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 6) innovation capability indirectly influences employee performance through organizational support; and 7) employee involvement indirectly has no effect on employee performance through organizational support.
