Abstract

Azruhyati Alwy. 2024 This research aims to determine and analyze leadership, compensation and work motivation on employee performance at the Makassar Religious Research and Development Center Office and to simultaneously determine and analyze the influence of leadership, compensation and motivation on employee performance at the Makassar Religious Research and Development Center Office and to find out and
analyze which variables have the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Makassar Religious Research and Development Office.
The population and sample withdrawal technique uses the Saturated Sampling Technique, where the entire population is used as a sample in this research. The number of samples in the study was 36 respondents. Data Analysis Technique Using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method.
Based on the results of the t test (partial test) it shows that leadership and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Makassar City Center for Religious Research and Development Office. Work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Center for Religious Research and Development in Makassar City. Meanwhile, Leadership, Work Compensation and Work Motivation have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at the Makassar City Religious Research and
Development Office. The variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance is the work compensation variable.
