This study aims to analyze the influence of service, learning facilities, and education costs on student satisfaction at SMKT Somba Opu in Gowa Regency.
The research approach used in this study is a survey. The research was conducted from June to July 2024. The population of the study consisted of 430 individuals. The sample selection method used in this study was the Slovin method, resulting in a total sample of 82 students.
The results of the study indicate that (1) Partially, the variables of service, learning facilities, and education costs have a positive and significant impact on student satisfaction at SMKT Somba Opu in Gowa Regency. (2) There is a simultaneous influence of service, learning facilities, and education costs on student satisfaction at SMKT Somba Opu in Gowa Regency. (3) The most dominant variable influencing student satisfaction at SMKT Somba Opu in Gowa Regency is the learning facilities variable.
