Abstract
Audyna Mayasari Muin. 2024. The Influence of Workload, Incentives, and LeadershipStyle on the Performance of Educational Staff at the Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University, supervised by Muhammad Hidayat and Badaruddin.
This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, incentives, and leadership style on the performance of educational staff at the Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University.
Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University, and lasted for approximately two months from January 2024 to
February 2024. The population of the study consisted of all educational staff at the Faculty of Law,Hasanuddin University, totaling 47 employees. The research used a saturated sampling technique, so the sample size was the entire population of 47 employees.
The results of the analysis show that (1) Partially, workload, incentives, and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on the performance of educational staff at the Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University.
(2) Simultaneously, workload, incentives, and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on the performance of educational staff at the Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University. (3) Workload is the dominant variable that influences the performance of educational staff at the Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University.
