This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of performance appraisal, career development and work environment on police performance.
The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive which was carried out at the Sinjai Police Station with a research time of 2 months. The population
used is the entire Sinjai Police Police Personnel, totaling 40 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample where each element of the population is used as a
sample. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data, while the data sources use primary data. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
The results of this study prove that partially or simultaneously Performance Assessment, Career Development and Work Environment have a positive and significant
effect on Police Performance at the Sinjai Police Station. This study resulted in a coefficient of determination R2 or R Square of 0.469. These results mean that the variables
of Performance Assessment, Career Development and Work Environment have a relationship with Police Performance by 46.9%, and the remaining 53.1% is explained by other reasons outside the model.
