Abstract
Asri. 2024. The Influence of Additional Employee Income, Discipline, and Competence on Employee Performance at the Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency of
Jeneponto Regency, supervised by Saripuddin D and Asniwati.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of additional employee income, discipline, and competence on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of additional employee income, discipline, and competence on employee performance. (3) Identify the most dominant variable affecting employee performance.
The research was conducted with employees of the Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency of Jeneponto Regency. The research sample included all 35 employees at the Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency of
Jeneponto Regency using a saturation sampling technique (census). Data collection methods included questionnaires and document studies. The data analysis methods used
were descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study indicate that (1) Partially, additional employee income, discipline, and competence have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) Simultaneously, additional employee income, discipline, and competence have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (3) Partially, discipline is identified as the dominant variable influencing employees.
