Abstract
Armawati. 2023. The Influence of Competency, Work Discipline and Workload on Employee Performance at the Lau District Office, Maros Regency, supervised by Asri and Muhammad Idris.
This research aims to analyze the influence of competency, work discipline, and workload partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Lau District Office, Maros Regency.
The population in this study was all employees of the Lau District Office, Maros Regency, totaling 54 people, the sample was determined using a saturated sampling
technique (census). The data collection technique was carried out through questionnaires where each respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to a Likert scale.
The results show that (1) Partially, the variables of competency, work discipline, and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Lau
District office, Maros Regency. (2) Simultaneously the variables of competence, work discipline, and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
at the Lau District office, Maros Regency.
