Abstract
Arman. 2024. The Influence of Motivation, Leadership, and Commitment on Employee Performance at Banggae District, Majene Regency, supervised by Mariadi and Muhammad Idris.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of motivation, leadership, and commitment on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of motivation, leadership, and commitment on employee performance. (3) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance at Banggae District, Majene Regency.
The research was conducted on employees at Banggae District, Majene Regency. The sample size was determined using saturation sampling, with 32 employees included. Data collection methods included questionnaires and document studies. The analysis methods used were descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially, motivation, leadership, and commitment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Banggae District, Majene Regency. (2) Simultaneously, motivation, leadership, and commitment have a positive and significant influence on employees at Banggae District, Majene Regency. (3) Partially, the motivation variable has the most dominant influence on employee performance at Banggae District, Majene Regency.
