This research aims to determine (1) the performance and analyze the management of the Maros Regency regional income and expenditure budget. (2) what variables have the greatest influence on the management of the Maros Regency regional
income and expenditure budget.
The type of research used is quantitative research using survey methods with correlational analysis techniques to determine the influence of the relationship between
the dependent variable and the independent variable. This research was conducted at the Maros Regency Inspectorate. The time required for the research is 1 month, namely from
April to May 2023. The population and sample in this research are all employees of the Regional Inspectorate of Maros Regency, totaling 76 people using a census approach
because the entire population is used as a sample.
The research results show that (1) The interaction variable has a significant effect on Maros Regency spending. (2) The influence of regional spending on development, because the t-count is 2.132 which is greater than the t-table of 1.682. and sig α = 0.05 < 0.01, which means that the interaction variable has an effect on development with a significance of 0.000.
