This research aims to determine (1) The influence of leadership, career development, and work environment on partial employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of leadership, career development, and work environment variables on employee performance. (3) The variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Turikale Subdistrict Office, Maros Regency.
This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees at the Turikale Subdistrict Office, Maros Regency, totaling 60 employees. The sample in this study used a census sample or saturated sample.
The results show that (1) Partially the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the career development variable has a
negative and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment variable has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. (2) Simultaneously, the
variables of leadership, career development, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The leadership variable is the variable that dominantly influences employee performance at the Turikale District Head Office, Maros.
