Abstract
Ardiansyah. 2023. The Influence of Leadership, Motivation and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at BAPPEDA Jeneponto Regency, supervised by, Saban Echdar and Saripuddin.
This research aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of leadership, motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. (2) The influence of organizational
culture, work motivation, and organizational culture simultaneously on employee performance. (3) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance at
BAPPEDA Jeneponto Regency.
This study used a quantitative descriptive approach, with a sample of 57 people, using a saturated sample with multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially the variables of leadership, motivation, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee
performance. (2) Simultaneously, the variables of leadership, motivation and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Organizational culture has the most dominant influence on employee performance at BAPPEDA Jeneponto Regency.
