Abstract

Aprianti Murni Ningsi. 2023. The Influence of Organizational Justice, Organizational Support, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at the Regional
Financial and Asset Management Agency in Tojo Una-Una Regency, supervised by Sylvia and Maryadi.
This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of organizational justice, organizational support, and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in Tojo
Una-Una Regency.
The research approach used is quantitative. The sample collection method uses a saturated sample with a sample of 80 employees. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire.
The results show that (1) The organizational justice partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) The organizational support partially has
a negative and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance. (4) The organizational justice, organizational support, and organizational commitment simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance.
