Abstract

Anggun Tri Nur Reza. 2023. The Influence of Transactional Leadership, FWA (Flexible Working Arrangements), and Career Development on Job Satisfaction at PT. Lintas Nusa Makassar Connection, supervised by Anshar Daud and Giri Dwi Nanda.
This study aims to determine the effect of transactional leadership, FWA (Flexible Working Arrangement), and career development on employee job satisfaction at PT.Cross Nusa Makassar Connection.
This study uses a quantitative approach. The data in this study were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, field observations, and literature studies
with a total population of 74 respondents. This data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25.
This study proves that (1) Transactional Leadership and Career Development have no partial effect on employee job satisfaction, while the Flexible Working Arrangement has an independent (partial) effect on employee job satisfaction. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between transactional leadership variables, FWA (Flexible Working Arrangement), and career development simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. (3) The FWA (Flexible Working
Arrangement) variable is the most dominant variable influencing employee job satisfaction at PT. Cross Nusa Makassar Connection.
