This study aims to determine (1) The influence of leadership, competence, and organizational culture partially on employee performance. (2) The influence of leadership, competence, and organizational culture simultaneously on employee performance. (3) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance in the Organizational Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province.
This research was conducted quantitatively. Determination of the sample using a saturated sample that is as many as 52 employees. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that (1) Partially, leadership, competence, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
(2) Simultaneously leadership, competence, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The leadership variable has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Organizational Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province
