Abstract

Andi Rahmat. 2024. The Influence of Work Discipline, Work Culture, and Legal Sanctions on Employee Performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in South Sulawesi, supervised by Surianto and Agustina Rantesalu.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of work discipline, work culture, and legal sanctions on the level of employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of work discipline, work culture, and legal sanctions on the level of employee performance. (3) Which variable has the dominant influence on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in South Sulawesi.
The research was conducted at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in South Sulawesi. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and was processed using the SPSS program. The population and sample size consisted of 86 employees.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially, work discipline, work culture, and legal sanctions have a positive and significant influence on employee performance,
(2) Simultaneously, work discipline, work culture, and legal sanctions have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, (3) The variable that has the
dominant influence on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in South Sulawesi is work discipline.
