This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, HR Information System, and Competency on Improving Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Selayar Islands Regency.
The research method used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data generated from the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation studies. The analytical tools used are statistical analysis with multiple linear regression analysis methods by proving
hypotheses through t-tests to prove the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables partially and F-tests to prove the relationship between independent
variables and dependent variables simultaneously.
This study shows a partial positive and significant influence between the variables of Transformational Leadership, HR Information System, and Competency on
Improving Employee Performance in the Regional Secretariat Work Unit of Selayar Islands Regency. This study also shows that there is a positive and significant influence
between the variables of Transformational Leadership, HR Information System, and Competency simultaneously on Improving the Performance of Employees of the Regional
Secretariat of Selayar Islands Regency. Competence is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Selayar Islands
Regency.
