Abstract
A. Irma T Nilawati. 2023. The Influence of Role Clarity, Competency, and Motivation on the Performance of BAPEDA Majene Regency Employees, supervised by Ahmad Firman and Syafruddin.
This research aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of role clarity on the performance of Bapeda Majene Regency employees. (2) The simultaneous influence of the variables role clarity, competence, and work motivation on the performance of Bapeda Majene Regency employees. (3) The dominant variable influences the performance of BAPEDA Majene Regency employees.
This research uses quantitative methods with correlation analysis techniques to determine the influence of the relationship between the independent variables and the
dependent variable. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a population of 60 civil servants from the Majene Regency Regional Planning Agency.
The results show that (1) Partially, the variables of role clarity, competence, and motivation each have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (2) Simultaneously the variables of role clarity, competence, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The competency variable is the
variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of BAPEDA Majene Regency employees.
