This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, organizational culture, and work motivation on the performance of employees at the Center for Elderly Social Services Unit Mappakasunggu Social Service Office of South
Sulawesi Province.
The type of research used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The research was conducted at the Center for Elderly Social Services Unit Mappakasunggu Social Service Office of South Sulawesi Province for one month. The population and sample size in this study are 42 employees, and the type and source of data used are primary data.
Data collection techniques used in this study include questionnaires and documentation.
The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis preceded by validity and reliability tests and classic assumption tests.
The results of the study show that both partially and simultaneously, the variables of organizational commitment, organizational culture, and work motivation have a positive
and significant influence on the performance of employees at the Center for Elderly Social Services Unit Mappakasunggu Social Service Office of South Sulawesi Province.
