Abstract

Andi Hatta (2023), The Influence of Leadership, Compensation and Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance at the West Bangkala District Office, Jeneponto Regency, supervised by H.Saripuddin.D and Sylvia West Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency moves the organization in achieving goals, relying heavily on human resources as a driving resource for achieving organizational goals. Human resources must be viewed as organizational resources that
can improve organizational competence.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, compensation, work environment and motivation on employee performance. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 42 employees at the West Bangkala District Office with a saturated sample method. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis The results showed that partially leadership, compensation, work environment, and motivation directly had a positive and significant effect on performance and in a
way. . Simultaneously or jointly Leadership, compensation work environment and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance on the performance of employees of the West Bangkala District Office
