Abstract

Andi Erlan Hatta. 2024. The influence of organizational commitment and technical competency on ASN performance is mediated by self-efficacy at the Public Works and
Spatial Planning Department of West Sulawesi Province, supervised by Maryadi and Reynilda.
This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment and technical competence on ASN performance mediated by self-efficacy at the West Sulawesi
Province Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. The research approach used is quantitative with survey research methods. The employee population is 85 people and the
sampling technique uses a saturated sample of 85 people. The analysis method uses path analysis with the help of the SmartPls program in testing.
The research results show that 1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy; 2) Technical competence has no effect on self-efficacy;
3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance; 4) Technical competency has no effect on ASN performance; 5) Self-efficacy has no effect
on ASN performance; 6) Organizational commitment has no effect on ASN performance through self- efficacy; and 7) technical competency has no effect on ASN performance
through self-efficacy.
