PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, PELATIHAN DAN KEDISIPLINAN TERHADAP KINERJA ASN PADA BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SDM KABUPATEN JENEPONTO

This research aims to determine (1) The partial and simultaneous influence of leadership, training, and discipline variables on ASN performance. (2) The variable that has the most dominant influence on ASN performance at the Jeneponto Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency.
This type of research uses quantitative description. The population in this study was 50 people. The sampling method used was a saturated sample or census method with a sample size of 50 people.
The results show that (1) Partially, the leadership, training, and discipline variables has a positive and significant influence on ASN performance. (2) Simultaneously the variables of leadership, training, and discipline has a positive and significant influence on ASN performance. (3) Discipline is the variable that has the most dominant influence on ASN performance at the Jeneponto Regency Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency.
