This study aims to determine (1) The partial influence of leadership, work discipline, and motivation on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. (2) The simultaneous influence of leadership, work discipline, and motivation on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus.
(3) The variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the National Unity and Political Agency of West Sulawesi Province.
Determination of the sample using a saturated sample that is as many as 32 employees.
The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results show that (1) Partially the variables of leadership, work discipline, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (2) Simultaneously leadership, work discipline, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. (3) The work discipline variable has the most dominant influence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the National Unity and Political Agency of West Sulawesi Province.
