Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of leadership, work motivation, and Additional Employee Income (TPP) on employee performance at the Luwu Regency Inspectorate. Using a quantitative approach and survey method, data was obtained from 42 ASN Civil Servants through questionnaires and inspectorate documents.
The results of the analysis show that leadership has a significant positive influence on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.431 (p < 0.001). However,
work motivation does not have a significant influence on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.273 (p > 0.05). Likewise, TPP also has no significant effect
on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of -0.091 (p > 0.05). Simultaneously, leadership, work motivation, and TPP together have a positive and
significant influence on employee performance, with an F value of 30.519 (p < 0.001). These results indicate that these factors are important to pay attention to together in an effort to improve employee performance at the Luwu Regency Inspectorate.
