This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work motivation, and competence both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at the
Communication and Information Service of Pangkep Regency.
The population used in this study is all employees at the Communication and Information Service of Pangkep Regency, totaling 30 employees. The sample selection used is the saturated sample method, which is all population made into a sample, totaling 30 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out through a questionnaire where each respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to the Likert scale.
The results of this study show that (1) Partially, the variables of work discipline, work motivation, and competence each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Simultaneously, the variables of work discipline, work motivation, and competence have a significant effect on employee performance. (3) The work discipline variable is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at the Communication and Information Service of Pangkep Regency.
