PENGARUH MOTIVASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA INSPEKTORAT PROVINSI SULAWESI BARAT

This study aims to determine (1) The influence of motivation, work environment, and employee competence partially on employee performance at the Inspectorate of
West Sulawesi Province. (2) The influence of motivation, work environment, and employee competence simultaneously on employee performance at the Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province. (3) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province.
This research was conducted at the Employee Performance Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province. Determination of the sample using a saturated sample of 74 employees. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results show that (1) Partially motivation, work environment, and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province. (2) Simultaneously motivation, work
environment, and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province. (3) The leadership variable has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province.
