Abstract

Abd. Rachman Al Jufri Salampessy. 2023. The Influence of Job Satisfaction, Job Stress and Organizational Commitment on ASN Performance at the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Sulawesi Province, supervised by Hari and Abdullah Abidin.
This research aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of the variables job satisfaction, work stress, and organizational commitment on the performance of ASN at
the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Sulawesi Province. (2) Simultaneous influence of job satisfaction, work stress, and organizational commitment variables on ASN
performance. (3) The most dominant variable in the performance of ASN at the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Sulawesi Province.
This research uses quantitative methods. The research was conducted in AprilJune 2023 at the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Sulawesi Province. Questionnaires were distributed via Google form to ASN at the South Sulawesi
Provincial Civil Service Agency. Research samples were taken using the Slovin formula.The sample of respondents in this study was 97 people from 127 populations. The results of this research show that (1) Partially, the job satisfaction variable does not have a significant influence on performance, work stress does not have a positive and significant influence on performance, while organizational commitment has a significant influence on ASN performance. (2) Simultaneously, job satisfaction, work stress, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on improving ASN performance. (3) The organizational commitment variable is the most dominant variable in the performance of ASN at the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Sulawesi Province.
