Abstract
A. Abul Al’la Al Maududi. 2024. The Influence of Leadership, Work Environment, and Income Allowances on the Performance of Employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Majene Regency, supervised by Azlan Azhari and Asri.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of leadership, work environment, and income allowances on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of leadership, work environment, and income allowances on employee performance. (3) The most dominant variable influencing the performance of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Majene Regency.
This research was conducted on employees in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Majene Regency. The sample was determined using a saturated sample technique, with a total of 57 employees in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Majene Regency. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analysis methods used were descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially,leadership, work environment, and income allowances have a positive and significant influence. (2) Simultaneously,leadership, work environment, and income allowances have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (3) The work environment variable has a dominant influence on the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Majene Regency.
