Abstract

Yulianti. 2023. The Influence of Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Work Commitment to Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council ofthe Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Reynilda and Maryadi.
This study aims to analyze the effect ofleadership style, work discipline, and work commitment on employee performance. The research was conducted using a quantitative
approach, the data used were primary data by using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The respondents of this study were 92 people. Data analysis technique using
Multiple Linear Regression. All data analysis was carried out using SPSS Software Version 20.
The results of the study show that (I) There is an influence of leadership style on employee performance (2) There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline
on employee performance (3) There is a positive and significant influence of work commitment on employee performance, (4) Leadership style, work discipline, work
commitment simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (5) The work discipline variable is the variable that most dominantly influences employee performance at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of the Selayar Islands Regency.
