This research aims to determine (1) The partial influence of motivation, work environment, and organizational culture on the performance of Civil Servants at the Gowa Regency Environmental Service. (2) The influence of motivation, work environment, and organizational culture simultaneously on the performance of Civil Servants at the Gowa Regency Environmental Service. (3) The most dominant variable influencing the performance of Civil Servants at the Gowa Regency Environmental Organization Service.
The sample was determined using a saturated sample, namely 32 employees. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive
statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results show that (1) Motivation, work environment, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gowa Regency Environmental Service employees. (2) Simultaneously, motivation, work environment, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gowa Regency Environmental Service. (3) The motivation variable has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Gowa Regency Environmental Service.
