Abstract
Wahida 2022. The Influence of Competence, Career Development and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees of the Barru Regency Education and Culture Office (supervised by Azlan Azhari and Asniwati).
The aims of this study was to identify and analyze competence, career development, work discipline, employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Barru Regency. The method and type of research used is quantitative research using survey research methods. Data were obtained directly through questionnaires to 51
respondents who were employees at the Education and Culture Office of Barru Regency.
Sampling used the total sampling techniques. Based on partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, competency,career development and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of Barru Regency. In addition, the research results prove that the most dominant influence on employee performance is career development. While the most dominant variable is careen development variable.
