Abstract

Shawal. 2023. The Effect of Change Management, Employee Capability, and Work Ethics on the Performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Employees of the Sungguminasa Branch, supervised by Badaruddin and Anshar Daud.
This study aims to determine (1) The effect of change management on the performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sungguminasa Branch employees. (2) To find out whether Employee Capability affects the performance of employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Sungguminasa Branch. (3) To find out whether the work ethic influences the performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sungguminasa Branch employees.
The population of this study was all employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Sungguminasa Branch, totaling 90 people. Sampling uses a saturated sample, so the total
sample is 90 people.
The results show that (1) Change management has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Sungguminasa Branch, Gowa Regency. (2) Employee capabilities have a positive and significant
influence on the performance of employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Sungguminasa Branch, Gowa Regency. (3) Work Ethics has a positive and significant impact on the
performance of employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Sungguminasa Branch, Gowa Regency.
