Abstract
Syahrullah Hamma. 2024. The Influence of Organizational Culture, Innovative Behavior, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Class III Port Management Office in Selayar, supervised by Dr. H. Muhammad Hidauyat, S.E, M.M. dan Dr. Giri Dwi Nanda, M.Psi. Psikolog.
The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of organizational culture, innovative behavior, and work motivation on employee
performance at the Class III Port Management Office in Selayar. This study employed a quantitative research approach with data analyzed using quantitative calculations.
Multiple linear regression analysis was utilized to predict employee performance through organizational culture, innovative behavior, and work motivation.
The findings of this research indicate that: (1) organizational culture, innovative behavior, and motivation have a positive and significant partial effect, (2) organizational culture, innovative behavior, and motivation have a positive and significant simultaneous
effect with an R Square of 90.8%, (3) organizational culture is the variable that predominantly influences employee performance.
