Abstract

Supardi S. 2023. The Influence of Leadership, Motivation, and Discipline on Employee Performance at the Office of the Secretary of the Regional People's Representative Council of Mamuju Regency, supervised by Reynilda and Muhammad Idris.
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Office of the Secretary of the Regional People's Representative Council of Mamuju
Regency.
The population in this study was 50 employees of the Regional People's Legislative Council of Mamuju Regency. A sample of 50 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire where each respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to a Likert scale.
The results of this study indicate that (1) The variables of leadership, motivation, and discipline partially each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) The variables of leadership, motivation, and discipline
simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. (3) The motivation variable is the variable that has the most dominant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Secretary of the Regional People's Representative Council of Mamuju Regency.
