Abstract

Sumarni, 2020. The Influence of Leadership Style, Work Performance and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Education and Culture Office of
Pinrang Regency (guided by Muhammad Idris and Asri).
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work performance and organizational culture on employee performance at the Pinrang Regency Education and Culture Office.
The design of this study used a survey study that took samples from one population and used questionnaires as a basic data collection tool. The research was carried out at the Education and Culture Office of Pinrang Regency. The research time is from July to August 2020. The population in the study was employees within the Education and Culture Office of Pinrang Regency which amounted to 45 people. The
sampling technique used in this study is census sampling or saturated sample, that is, the number of samples constitutes the entire population. The number of samples in this study
was 50 respondents. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that there was an influence between leadership style, work achievement, and organizational culture both individually and jointly on the performance
of employees at the Pinrang Regency Education and Culture Office.
