PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, KOMPETENSI DAN FASILITAS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA APARAT PEMERINTAH DESA PADA KABUPATEN MAJENE

This study aims to determine and analyze: the effect of work motivation, human resource competence and work facilities on the performance of village government officials in Majene Regency, as well as the most dominant variable affecting the performance of village government officials in Majene Regency.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The study was conducted at 62 village offices in Majene Regency. When the research was conducted in May 2021. The study population was village government officials with a total of 86 respondents.
The results show that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation, human resource competence and work facilities partially on the
performance of Village Government Officials in Majene Regency 2) There is a positive and significant influence on work motivation, HR competence and work facilities simultaneously on the performance of officials Village Government in Majene Regency 3) HR competency variable which most dominantly influences the performance of Village Government Officials in Majene Regency.
