This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of human resource planning on employee performance (2) the effect of training on employee performance (3) the effect of career development on employee performance (4) the effect of simultaneous human resource planning, training, and career development on employee performance. employee performance in the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development, Sidenreng
Rappang Regency.
This research uses survey research with the purpose of exploratory, descriptive, and explanatory with a total sample of 38 people. Data collection methods used are
questionnaires and interviews for primary and secondary data. While the analytical method used there are two kinds of statistical techniques, namely descriptive statistical
techniques and inferential statistical techniques.
The results show that (1) the human resource planning variable had an influence on the performance of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of
Sidenreng Rappang Regency (2) the training variable had no effect on the performance of the Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency employee of Sidenreng
Rappang Regency (3) the career development variable has no effect on the performance of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Sidenreng Rappang Regency (4) simultaneously shows that the variables of human resource planning, training, and career development have an influence on the performance of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency employee.
