Abstract
Sriwati Miri. 2023. The Influence of Training and Work Discipline through Motivation on Employee Performance at the Agriculture and Food Security Service of East Luwu Regency, supervised by Giri Dwi Nanda and Harlinda Harniati Arfan.
This study aims to analyze the effect of training and work discipline through motivation on employee performance at the Department of Agriculture and Food Security, East Luwu Regency. The research approach uses quantitative methods with path analysis. The research was conducted at the Department of Agriculture and Food Security in East Luwu Regency with a total sample of 65 people. Methods of data
collection using questionnaires and document review.
The results of this study show that 1) Training has no significant effect on employee performance. 2) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. 3) Training has a significant effect on employee motivation. 4) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee motivation. 5) Training through work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. 6) Work discipline through work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. 7) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Agriculture and Food Security, East Luwu Regency.
