Abstract
Sri Astina. 2022. The Influence of Leadership, Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Department of Agriculture and Food Security, Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Sylvia Sjarlis and Andi Ririn Oktaviani.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation and work environment, partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Department of Agriculture and Food Security, Selayar Islands Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. This research was conducted at the Department of Agriculture and Food Security of the Selayar Islands Regency with a research period of two months. The population in this study
were all civil servants at the Department of Agriculture and Food Security, Selayar Islands Regency, totaling 116 people, while the sampling method used the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% in primary data collection, which was carried out on 54 respondents. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data. In this study, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which is preceded by validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests.
Then, to test the hypothesis using the t test, f test and the coefficient of determination.
The results of this study prove that partially or simultaneously it is proven that leadership, work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Agriculture and
Food Security, Selayar Islands Regency. This study resulted in the value of the coefficient of determination R2 or R Square was 0.576. These results mean that the variables of Leadership, Work Motivation and Work Environment have a
relationship with Employee Performance at the Department of Agriculture and Food Security of Selayar Islands Regency by 57.6%, and the remaining 42.4% is explained by other reasons outside the model.
