This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of the variables of training,organizational culture, and work facilities on the Performance of Employees of the
Selayar Islands Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. (2) The simultaneous influence of the variables of training, organizational culture, and work facilities on the performance of employees of the Selayar Islands Regency Regional Disaster Management
Agency.
This research uses quantitative methods. This study distributed questionnaires to 50 respondents. The method used is a quantitative method by testing the hypothesis,
namely validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination.
The results show that (1) Partially the variables of training, organizational culture, and work facilities had a positive and significant effect on the performance of
employees of the Selayar Islands Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. (2) Simultaneously the variables of training, organizational culture and work facilities have a
positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Selayar Islands Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency.
