Abstract
Sitti Marliah. 2023. The Influence of Utilizing E performance Applications, Additional Employee Income (TPP) and Work Ethics on Employee Performance at the Camba District Office, Maros Regency, supervised by Haeranah Alwany and Sylvia.
This study aims to analyze the influence of using E-performance applications, Additional Employee Income (TPP), and work ethic partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Camba District office, Maros Regency.
This research uses a quantitative research approach with quantitative deductive logic/reasoning and also uses a descriptive type of research. The population in this study
were 22 employees of the Camba sub-district office, 13 people in the Cempaniga Village, and 9 people in the Mario Pulana Village in Maros Regency, South Sulawesi. The method
in this research uses multiple analysis methods which are processed using SPSS 25.
The results showed that (1) Partially the variable utilization of E-performance applications, Additional Employee Income (TPP), and work ethic had a positive and
significant effect on employee performance. (2) Simultaneously the variable utilization of E-performance applications, Additional Employee Income (TPP), and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Camba District office, Maros Regency.
