Abstract

Rusdi. 2022. The Influence of Leadership Style, Competence, and Organizational Culture on Employee Work Productivity at the Regional Secretariat of Takalar Regency.
Supervised by Muhammad Idris and Syafruddin Kitta.
This research is quantitative research that uses a survey method with a questionnaire data collection tool. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style,competence, and organizational culture on the work productivity of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Takalar Regency.
The population in this study were employees of the Regional Secretariat of Takalar Regency, amounting to 137, while the sampling technique was based on the Likert scale method so the sample obtained was 102 respondents. The data analysis
method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that (1) leadership style, competence, and organizational culture had a positive and partially significant effect on employee work productivity at
the Regional Secretariat of Takalar Regency. (2) Leadership style, competence, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee
work productivity at the Regional Secretariat of Takalar Regency. (3) Organizational culture is an independent variable that has the most dominant influence on employee
work productivity at the Regional Secretariat of Takalar Regency.
