This study's purpose is to analyze the Impact of Communication, Resource, and Bureaucratic Structure on the Effectiveness of Regional Head's Protocol Tasks in East
Luwu Regency partially and simultaneously.
The research's approachment using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression data analysis methods. It was conducted at the Protocol Section of the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency in November 2022 with 91 people samples.
The results of this study indicates that (1) The Communication has no significant effect due to the effectiveness of regional head's protocol duties in East Luwu Regency.
(2) The Resource has no significant effect due to the effectiveness of the protocol duties in East Luwu Regency. (3) The Bureaucratic structure significantly has impact on the effectiveness of the protocol duties in East Luwu Regency. (4) Communication, resource and bureaucratic structure are simultaneously influence the effectiveness of the protocol duties in East Luwu Regency.
