Abstract
Rudi Anwar, 2021. The Influence of Communication Media, Work Motivation and Training on the Performance of Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Employees in Takalar Regency (supervised by Nurdin Brasit and Badaruddin Muhdini).
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of communication media, work motivation and training simultaneously on employee performance, and analyze which
variables have the most dominant influence on employee performance at Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum of Takalar Regency.
In this study, the researcher used a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all 51 employees at the Badan Pengawas
Pemilihan Umum of Takalar Regency, so the sampling technique used was a saturated sample. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple linear regression analysis technique
with descriptive associative analysis method.
The results of this study indicate that: communication media does not have a positive effect on performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect and
training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meanwhile communication media, work motivation and job training have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance at Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum of Takalar Regency.
