Abstract
Rosa Indah Hasan. 2022. The Influence of Development Source Power People, Motivation Work, and Culture Organization to Performance Employee Body Countermeasures District Disaster Island Selayar.
This study aims for a test, analyze, and prove influence in a manner Partial and simultaneous three variable free that is development source power man, motivation work,and culture organization to variable bound performance employee Body Countermeasures District Disaster Island Selayar. This study explanatory research with approach quantitative. Technique data collection through the questionnaire with use of scale Likert, and data processing with SPSS Version 25 software assistance. Technique data analysis using multiple linear regression for knowing the connection Among the variables studied.
The results show that in a manner Partial variable development source power man takes to effect positive and no significant to performance employee, meanwhile variable
motivation work and culture organization takes to effect positive and significant to performance employee. Kindly simultaneous variable development source power man,
motivation work, and culture organization take effect significant to performance employee Body Countermeasures District Disaster Island Selayar by 70.7%, while 29.3% were
influenced by other variables that are not researched.
