Riswanty. 2022. Influence of Organizational Climate,Employee Motivation and Service Innovation on Employee Performance at the Investment Service and PTSP Bantaeng Regency. (supervised by Badaruddin and Anshar Daud).

This study aims (1) to analyze the influence of organizational climate partially on the performance of employees at the Investment Office and PTSP Bantaeng Regency.
(2). To analyze the influence of employee motivation partially on employee performance at the Investment Office and PTSP Bantaeng Regency. (3). To analyze the effect of service innovation partially affects the performance of employees at the Investment Office and PTSP Bantaeng Regency. (4) To analyze the effect of organizational climate, employee motivation and service innovation simultaneously on employee performance at the Investment Office and PTSP Bantaeng Regency.

This research approach uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at the Investment Office and PTSP of Bantaeng Regency. The research population was all employees of the Investment Office and PTSP of Bantaeng Regency,
which amounted to 61 people. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample technique, where all populations are used as samples, a total sample of 61 people. Data
were collected using questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software.

The results of this study indicate that (1) Organizational climate has no positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Investment Office and PTSP Bantaeng Regency. (2) Employee motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Investment Office and PTSP Bantaeng Regency. . (3)Service innovation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Investment Service and PTSP employees of Bantaeng Regency. (4) Organizational climate, employee motivation and service innovation have a positive and significant effect
simultaneously on the performance of the Investment Service and PTSP employees of Bantaeng Regency. The author hopes that the organizational climate, employee motivation and service innovation are things that must be considered by the leadership in this case the Head of the Office at the Investment Office and PTSP Bantaeng Regency in improving the performance of all employees. Especially the organizational climate where a good atmosphere is needed that is able to make employees comfortable in working so that employees can do their jobs without realizing that time is over. Therefore, it is necessary to improve and improve a good organizational climate in order to achieve the expected goals.
