The purpose of this study are: 1) To find out the influence of school leadership on the performance of teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Tapango, Polewali Mandar Regency. 2) To
find out the influence of teacher discipline on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Tapango, Polewali Mandar Regency. 3) To find out the effect of motivation on the performance of teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Tapango, Polewali Mandar Regency. 4) To determine the effect of school principal leadership, discipline, and motivation on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Tapango, Polewali Mandar Regency.
The research site is located at SMA Negeri 1 Tapango, Polewali Mandar Regency. The sample in this study were 45 teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Tapango, Polewali Mandar Regency. The analytical method used to test the proposed hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that: 1) Principal's leadership had a positive and significant
effect on the performance of teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Tapango, Polewali Mandar Regency. 2) Teacher discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of
teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Tapango, Polewali Mandar Regency. 3) The work motivation of teachers has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMA
Negeri 1 Tapango, Polewali Mandar Regency. 4) Principal leadership, discipline, and work motivation of teachers have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the
performance of teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Tapango, Polewali Mandar Regency.
