Abstract

Rifda Furqani wahyudin. 2023. The Effect Of Career Development, Training And Competence On Employe Performance At State Islamic University Of Makassar
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of career development,training and competence on employee performance at UIN Alauddin Makassar. This type
of research is quantitative using survey methods sourced from employee data at the Rector of UIN Alauddin Makassar. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research population is a generalization area consisting of objects / subjects that have certain qualities and characteristics set by researchers, namely 40 employees at the Rectorate of UIN Alauddin Makassar who are sampled.
The results of this study indicate that; Based on data analysis, the calculated f value is 33.691 with a significance of 0.000 so that simultaneously career development, training, competence has a positive effect and on employee performance at UIN Alauddin Makassar. Partially, career development has a positive influence, namely a significant value of 0.006 with a calculated value of 2.904 on employee performance at UIN Alauddin Makassar. In addition, partially training also has a positive influence, namely a significant value of 0.007 with a calculated value of 2.861 on employee performance at UIN Alauddin Makassar. Also, partially competence has a positive influence, namely a significant value of 0.000 with a calculated value of 7.518 on employee performance at UIN Alauddin Makassar. The dominant variable affecting employee performance is the
career development variable.
